Mechanical Building Services Technician / Trainee (Full-Time)

Stand98 Ltd.’s building engineering team is expanding, and we are looking for a full-time building services technician or trainee installer to join our permanent staff. What tasks will you be responsible for?

In your daily work, you will participate in building services projects, including:

• Installing building service systems such as plumbing, heating, drainage, and HVAC
• Carrying out on-site installations independently or as part of a team, depending on the nature of the task
• Proper use of materials, fittings, and components with attention to quality and safety
• Working based on technical drawings/plans (an advantage if you have experience in this)

We’re looking for you if you…

• Have experience in building services installation or are eager to learn
• Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. plumbing, gas, heating technician or building services technician) – an advantage
• Are familiar with installation materials and system components (pipes, fittings, valves, insulation, connection technologies) – also an advantage
• Are reliable, deliver high-quality work, and work well in a team
• Possess a category B driving license – preferred but not required
